Clarify what is included
Confirm working hours, equipment, ingredients, setup and cleanup. A bartender's fee does not necessarily include the drinks and supplies required.
Compare complete costs
Request separate lines for staff and consumables. This makes it clearer how the price changes if the group or charter duration increases.
