A video of boarding, steps and passageways is more informative than an exterior photograph. Ask about handholds and the route to the bathroom and main guest area.
Discuss assistance early
Explain the guest's actual needs and any mobility equipment. Confirm what assistance the crew can safely provide; do not leave lifting or transfers to an improvised decision at the dock.
Choose practical comfort
A larger or more expensive yacht is not automatically easier to access. Use confirmed layout information when deciding.
