Ask how many people can sit together for a meal and relax in shade. For a celebration, identify the area where everyone will gather at the same time.
Use the confirmed headcount
Include everyone attending and ask the operator how children are counted. Never assume an extra guest can be added beyond the yacht's agreed limit.

Request photographs of the main gathering area on each shortlisted yacht. Compare that space before comparing overall length.
