Start with the experience you want, rather than the longest yacht in the catalogue. A relaxed family afternoon, a photo session and a birthday dinner need different spaces and services.

Define your priorities

Send the date, confirmed guest count, preferred duration and main purpose to the manager. Explain whether shade, dining, swimming or photography matters most. This makes the shortlist more useful.

Check the actual layout

Ask for recent photographs of the seating, dining area and outdoor decks. Maximum capacity does not show how comfortably your group can spend several hours together.

Before choosing

Compare two or three suitable yachts against the same priorities. A shorter shortlist with clear differences is easier to judge than dozens of unrelated options.
