Choose a filming position
Ask whether recording is possible from the yacht, shore or provider's team. Plan a few scenes: preparation, movement and the reaction afterwards. Never distract participants from instructions.
Agree the deliverables
If filming is included, confirm file quality, delivery time and whether editing is extra. Commercial use may need a separate agreement.
Tell the whole story
Reactions before and after the session can make a stronger video than relying entirely on a distant action shot.
Routes, service availability and conditions are confirmed for each individual booking.
