Ask for the yacht and optional activities to be described individually, including their change conditions. A general package label is not enough.
Keep a simple alternative
Conversation, food, music and views can remain enjoyable without the activity. Ask the team what is genuinely available before trying to organise several last-minute replacements.
Communicate clearly
Tell guests what changed, what remains and when any price adjustment will be resolved. A concise update helps everyone understand the revised day.
