Clarify the format
Request recent photographs, participant capacity and details of who drives. Ask whether the stated duration refers to the whole session or time moving on the water.
Connect it to the route
The manager and captain should confirm whether the yacht programme can accommodate the meeting point and return. Do not promise a particular location before that agreement.
For photography
Discuss a safe filming arrangement in advance. Someone on a nearby moving yacht may not be able to capture all the angles you expect.
