Use realistic numbers
A hypothetical AED 6,000 booking costs AED 600 each for ten paying guests, or AED 750 each for eight. Keep a smaller-group calculation so nobody is surprised.
Agree what is shared
Decide whether food and activities are included in the common budget or paid only by participants. Settle the arrangement before collecting money.
Avoid confusion
Nominate one organiser to approve changes with the manager. Several guests separately adding services can make the final budget difficult to follow.
Routes, service availability and conditions are confirmed for each individual booking.
