Understand the time counted
Ask when paid charter time starts and ends, and how boarding is handled. A nominal two-hour slot should not be assumed to include extra time for late guests.

A meal, photography and several activities require more room in the schedule than a simple sightseeing cruise. Ask the team what fits comfortably into the available period.
A sensible comparison
Compare the full minimum booking cost, not just hourly rates. A lower rate with a longer required booking may produce a higher total.
