Check the yacht, date, hours, guest count and meeting point. Compare the payment amount with the agreed total and note any remaining balance and payment instructions.
Keep operational details together
Save the manager's contact, boarding instructions and change conditions. Ask for a revised confirmation if you later add guests or services.
Before sharing with guests
Send them only the practical information they need. Keep invoices and personal details out of a large group chat unless necessary.
