Ask about the complete schedule
Check boarding, departure, return and transport arrangements. Ask which views or events are planned, while recognising that exact positions and visibility cannot always be guaranteed.
Read the package carefully
Confirm food, guest limits, payment terms and changes. A festive package may have a different minimum duration or service format from a regular charter.
Plan the journey too
Allow for the organiser's current access instructions and arrange the return trip. The celebration is easier to enjoy when the travel details are already understood.
Routes, service availability and conditions are confirmed for each individual booking.
