Ask the crew about space
Use an approved area that keeps walkways and the captain's view clear. If the whole group cannot fit comfortably, take smaller group photographs as well.
Give simple instructions
Tell guests when the photograph will happen and ask them to put down unnecessary items. Take several quick frames instead of repeatedly rearranging people.
Capture a natural version
After the formal shot, let guests turn towards one another or resume talking. Those frames can better convey the atmosphere of the day.
