Request dimensions and video

Ask about the full route from vehicle drop-off to seating and bathroom access. Provide the dimensions and requirements of any mobility equipment. Photographs alone may not establish suitability.

Agree assistance beforehand

Explain the help required and confirm what the crew can safely provide. Transfers or lifting should never be left to an improvised boarding decision.

Choose from confirmed facts

A larger yacht or higher price does not guarantee easier access. If suitability remains uncertain, ask about another option or an advance inspection.

Routes, service availability and conditions are confirmed for each individual booking.
