Choose outfits and possible shooting areas before the best light arrives. The photographer can suggest positions, while the captain controls the yacht's movement.

Limit the scene list

Select the most important portraits. A large group, individual photographs and multiple outfit changes may not all fit one short window of light.

Allow a useful margin

Start before the final sunset moment. This gives the photographer options and lets guests become comfortable in front of the camera.
